2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. filgame may require identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use filgame:
3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your filgame username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. filgame will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify filgame immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. filgame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 Account Activity. All transactions and wagers placed through your filgame account are your responsibility. filgame is entitled to treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach in accordance with clause 3.2.
3.4 Account Closure. filgame reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation. In the event of closure due to a breach, any balance may be forfeited.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. filgame accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards. filgame does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency payments of any kind are not accepted.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya/Maya are credited to your filgame wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited.
4.3 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. filgame aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to identity verification requirements.
4.4 Verification Requirements. filgame may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued ID, a selfie, and proof of ownership of the payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on filgame are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). filgame is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Anti-Money Laundering: filgame is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. filgame reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation.
5.1 General. filgame may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times using real-money bets before a withdrawal can be requested.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. filgame reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
6.1 Game Outcomes. All games on the filgame platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous results and cannot be influenced by any player action beyond the rules of the game itself.
6.2 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction or error affecting a game, filgame reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed. filgame's decision in such matters is final.
6.3 Disconnection. filgame is not responsible for losses arising from internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's side. Where a disconnection occurs during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. filgame reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude filgame's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

By registering a filgame account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. filgame implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial information.
filgame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, filgame will provide reasonable notice via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the filgame platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution.
